Cynergy SMT works closely together with dedicated developers and machinists who are highly skilled in the field of custom manufacturing of fine mechanics. We produce gripper nozzles, LED custom nozzles and other component specific nozzles to your specification. We manufacture to most major brands, such as ASM, Panasonic, Juki, Yamaha, to name just a few. Some of our customer references within custom nozzles and gripper nozzles are such as Visteon, Methode, Kamstrup and many others. We offer custom and gripper nozzles in various materials, including ceramics, as well as with machine specific coding, such as 2D datamatrix for automatic recognition.
If you require a custom vacuum or gripper nozzle, please email your component datasheet which you need to place, as well as your machine brand and model / head type and we will contact you with a proposal for a solution with no obligation to purchase.
Likewise, if you have a custom nozzle which is no longer available and you require it replicated, you can send the nozzle to our main address in Denmark and we will respond with a proposal. In the event that you have a component without datasheet, you can also send an example of components to us in their original tape / tray. In this case, In any instance where components or nozzles would be sent to us, we would require notice being sent by email or on the form below, prior to shipment.
